I came to my first yoga class in October of 2016. I was hooked immediately. It was a great workout and I relieved some stress which was really nice. My body started to change and I got in the best shape of my life. I had to share this with the world and I started thinking about the next step.
At age 39 I decided I wanted to teach and started the teacher training program with Blue Sky in 2018. I love being able to help people on their path to self care. For the past 5 years I have been teaching people how to live a cleaner, more holistic lifestyle whether its removing toxins from their homes, using essential oils for wellness, weight management and now yoga.
I enjoy cooking, being in nature, lying on the beach, making my own products like soap and lip balm, kombucha brewing and of course practicing yoga 4-5 times a week.
