• A cancellation made within 1 hour of the class start time is considered a late cancellation.

  • ​Class passes will be credited back to customer accounts for cancellations made in advance of this 1-hour cutoff. 

• No late cancellation fee for monthly unlimited and 3-month unlimited members. ​

• Student unlimited and mini-unlimited subscribers are charged $5 for late cancellation or no-show. ​

• 10-packs, 4-packs, and single classes lose the pass for late cancellation or no-show. ​

• Workshops, sound bath, and yoga nidra events: Non-refundable for late cancellation or no-show.
