Claire Vangelisti, RYT 500, started practicing Hatha Yoga 21 years ago while rehabbing a torn ACL. As she experienced the wholistic benefits of a regular yoga practice, her yoga journey encompassed Bikram, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini practices. Her love for yoga led her to become certified in Hot Power Flow 200RYT in 2017, and Vinyasa Flow 300 RYT 2018. These days Claire’s practice and teaching focus on sustained attention to the breath, mindfulness, mobility, functional movement, and personal awareness of alignment. Her classes, which accommodate both beginning and advanced practitioners, are challenging yet light-hearted. Claire is passionate about yoga as a scientific system and philosophical way of life that can help anyone find improved wholistic wellness.
